This week we cover story #264, The Return of Doctor Mysterio!  The Doctor encounters a young boy in New York who accidentally develops super powers.  24 years later, the boy has become a superhero, and teams up with the Doctor to defeat the mysterious and sinister corporation Harmony Shoal.
